BRIEF
Defense Strategies Group is a Special Forces veteran-owned defensive firearms and security training company. The audience is informed and unforgiving about detail, which narrows the field of people who can make content for them — instruction has to be correct, and it still has to compete for attention against everything else on the platform.
APPROACH
The engagement started as monthly content production and expanded as it proved out. In March 2026 we took over management of DSG's YouTube channel — not just producing episodes, but owning strategy, programming, and publishing. We've since taken on their social media management across platforms.
That means the whole pipeline: concept development, production, editing, and channel operations. One team from the idea to the post, which is what makes a consistent cadence possible — content built to an editorial plan rather than assembled from whatever got shot.
RESULT
20,000 subscribers added since taking over channel management in March 2026.
Three years, starting as a content vendor and expanding into full channel and social media management.
