Origin
In 2024, founder Michael Lerios attended SHOT Show and found a category being served by vendors rather than filmmakers. Brands with the most demanding subject matter had the least access to serious production.
9MP was built to close that gap. We have since worked with USCCA, Defense Strategies Group, Mira Safety, and Unit Solutions.

Approach
Our crews come out of Hollywood commercial and music video production — directors, DPs, and department heads who shoot national campaigns. We bring that camera package, that lighting standard, and that post pipeline to work that rarely sees any of them.
What we don't bring is a learning curve. On a live-fire set, a crew that doesn't know the subject is a liability before it's an expense.

Standard
One team from treatment to final mix. Budgets, boards, principal photography, edit, color, sound. No handoffs, no vendor markups, and nothing that touches the picture gets subcontracted.
We also know how to right-size a production instead of quoting everything like a national spot. The same crew shoots our defense work and national consumer campaigns — different audience, same standard.
